Our account setup procedure is simple and having an account has its advantages and meaning. It establishes and means having business relation. It enhances customized services. It saves time during reservation and transportation. Having made your first reservation, provides all of the information we need to setup an account. We do not send invoice for services provided. We charge designated credit card on file. We send list of charges once or twice a month depending on the volume and customer requirements. Payments can be also made by check, cash or bank transfers for groups, large or special jobs. Please see our payment options available here. Customers having an account have a reservation profile in our system. For such customers, for city pickups, we usually need to ask pick-up time and date. For airport pickups, we usually need to ask airline name, flight number and date. All other needed information are already available in customer's profile or in our references. When making reservations for accounts, we do not ask for any contact and payment information. We assume payment will be as usual, unless requested otherwise.
