We monitor flight arrivals. This is necessary for having the reserved vehicle at the airport at the right time. Our rates include monitoring service and holding of the vehicle for 45 minutes before or after the scheduled arrival time. Delayed or early flight arrivals may cause conflict with our other reservation obligations. To be able to meet our other reservation obligations that have not changed any, we reserve the option to unilaterally cancel any booking whenever its actual arrival time has changed more than 45 minutes from its original schedule. Extended Arrival Watch is an extra service . It extends the monitoring service and holding of the vehicle from 45 minutes to 24 hours. It insures passengers of having their vehicle in spite of all delays within 24 hours. We automatically monitor and reschedule pick ups under Extended Arrival Watch.
