We have a cancellation policy. It mandates a cancellation charge. It ranges from none to 100%, depending on how close to the pick-up time, the job was canceled. We usually can rent the cancelled vehicle if we have at least a 72 hours chance to rent it again. Therefore, we do not charge a cancellation charge if it is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the pick-up time. We also do not charge a cancellation charge if it is cancelled immediately after reserving, and up to one hour after reserving, unless pick-up is less than one hour after reserving. According to our contracts with our chauffeurs and affiliates, we must pay our chauffeurs and affiliates the contractual cancellation charges. Payment of cancellation charges ensures that our chauffeurs and affiliates will always accept our jobs regardless or their outcome. We believe that chauffeurs and affiliates are entitled to some cancellation charge because we have deprived them from their chance of having a job in that cancelled time.
