We do not charge for most changes. Changes that add to the scope of the job and/or changes the time in to the late-night time call for extra charges. Please see our list of extra charges. If you need to make a change, please send us an email or a fax, if there is longer than eight (8) working hours to the pick-up time. Please send your email to LAlimoService@yahoo.com and your fax to (310) 544-0100. Please call if there is less than eight (8) working hours to the pick-up time. Please call us at (310) 544-4222. We appreciate if you do not leave a message to make important changes and instead call us a few times in order to talk to a live person to personally make the changes. We appreciate you offering the cause of the change also. Knowing the cause can possibly lead us to the best available alternate.
