No-show charges is 100% of the total charge. It is 100% because we must pay in full to the chauffeurs. We must pay in full because chauffeurs claim they have been deprived of the chance of doing another job for full pay. Passenger's cooperation is often very helpful in eliminating the no-shows. We request that passengers call immediately when they don't find their driver where planned. Such call often enables the dispatch to expedite the meeting of the passenger with the driver. This is because drivers are most often in different spot nearby looking for or waiting for the passenger. Requiring the passengers to call is stated here and is described under the "Conditions" phrase of the Confirmation. Leaving without calling is still considered no-show as we still have to pay the chauffeur.
